Spoilers/Timeline: References to various older storylines. Meant to take place not long after "A Death in the Family," or, depending on how you look at it, Red Hood's earlier adventures through the canon I'm not actually reading.

Summary: Jason knows how to make things better.

Author's Note: Jack gave me this idea after reading Everything awakened, though this story has nothing to do with the other. There's just something lovely about throwing Jason around the multiverse.

	i...may possibly be a horrible person? but i was too struck by this image to be concerned about anything potentially awry between jason and tim. (and i'm a little shocked that it never occurred to me before to think about the bats and their scar-fetishes in terms of d.i.y.!) also, dick? was so happy. so happy! it's hard not to be overwhelmed by that! Well, that was disturbing and wonderful and just this side of wrong.

Uhm.

That warning really wasn't kidding.

Hm.

Not that it's news to anyone that the Batfamily is a deeply fucked up group of kids if the only way any of them can ever be happy is with copious amounts of unhealthy and disturbing sex; that said, I knew Jason wouldn't be able to leave long before the story even raised the possibility properly, because it was Tim and I could see that coming a mile away.

Tim can't help being what and who he is, after all, no matter who ends up shaping his directions.

Also oh god, I still can't decide if it's better or worse for Jason to have done what he did to Tim with full knowledge of his actions or, like Bruce often was, without it.
