Now that I've had a chance to read this all through, I wanted to come back and tell you -- it's wonderful!

\o/

If this isn't the least fucked-up version of the Batfamily I've read, it's definitely in the top three. They manage to handle a lot of potentially dangerous emotional space without shutting each other down or out very much at all -- certainly a new high score on that level. They're *open* with each other in a way I'm not used to seeing, and it worked very well for me.

Batgirl makes things *better*. *laughs* Okay, so I'm simplifying *and* making shit up, but what else is fanfic *for*? Seriously, the Batverse was an infinitely happier place before Babs got shot, and that's a thought I find just a little too compelling -- even though I love Oracle more than I loved Babs' Batgirl. Good thing there's a Tim around! *laughs*

I am intensely fond of Tim here, and her issues, which manage to be both classically Tim *and* classically trans at the same time. And I love her relationship with Barbara.

*purrrr* I'm so glad that *worked*. It was deeply *weird* to write Tim that way -- not least because it *did* work in my head.

I was surprised that the resolution of Jason's issues about intergenerational sex were so... hmm, I'm failing to find a decent word. Something like 'non-profound'? Despite the fact that "I'll just refuse to let my issues drive me off until hopefully I figure out a way around them" is the only solution I've seen in real life, I was somehow expecting something much more... dramatic?

Heh. You're not the only one who was surprised -- trust me. I really don't know *why* it worked that way. I mean, as soon as I finished the previous story, I knew how they'd manage to talk themselves into the threesome, but I still didn't expect it to *go* that way. *flails around* Everything's better with Batgirl? Maybe? *laughs*

And I must add that I am *glad* that they all ended up in bed (and elsewhere) together, because OMG those three were melting my screen. Bruce's first kiss with Jason, followed by the one with Tim -- so much *heat* and *flailing* in the very best ways. Um. The pommel horse. Yes.

So. You make me UTTERLY INCOHERENT with GLEE. I wanted you to know.

Yayy! *ahahaha* I must admit, those two first kisses made my eyes cross a bit while I was writing them, because... buh. Bruce. Guh. Yes, well.

Bruce should always have a pile of people on top of him. They don't *have* to be his children, too, but... it seems to help!

Thanks for the great feedback! *snugs*
